The Nordic Biker War was a wikt:gang war, gang war that began in January 1994 and continued until September 1997 in parts of Scandinavia and Finland, involving the Hells Angels and Bandidos Motorcycle Club, Bandidos outlaw motorcycle clubs. Bent Svane Nielsen
Bent Svane Nielsen (born 22 July 1958), better known as "Blondie" is a Danish rocker (outlaw biker) who founded the first Hells Angels chapter in Denmark in 1980. He was convicted of two counts of first degree murder in 1984 and has been living on parole since 1994. "Rocker" Ever since his teenage years, Nielsen had been involved in "rocker" clubs as outlaw biker clubs are known in Europe. In 1975, he joined the Dirty Angels biker gang. Jørn Nielsen
Jørn Nielsen is a former Danish mobster and high-ranking Hells Angels member. Life Nielsen's criminal career began in 1975 when he was arrested for fighting at a bar as a 15-year-old. In 1978, he was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for stabbing another man in a bar. He bought his first motorcycle in 1978 and when he was released from prison in 1980, he founded the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club's first chapter in Denmark, located in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. In 1984, Nielsen murdered Henning Norbert Knudsen ("Makrel"), President of Bullshit MC. He then fled to Canada but was apprehended and given a sixteen-year prison sentence. He was transferred to a Danish prison in 1988 and in 1996, attempts were made on his life by Bandidos, when the " Great Nordic Biker War" raged. Thomas Möller (born 7 June 1964) is a former president of the Hells Angels in Sweden. Möller was one of the founders of the car-and-bike club ''Dirty Dräggels'' in Malmö. This club became a hangaround chapter of Hells Angels Denmark in 1990, prospects in 1991 and Sweden's first regular Hells Angels club in 1993. Möller became the club's vice president and Hells Angels' spokesman in Sweden, and later president. In 2003, the president title was handed over to his successor. Jim Tinndahn
Jan Leif Tinndahn (born 27 January 1961), also known as "Big Jim" and "''Solkongen''" ("Sun King"), is a Danish outlaw biker and gangster who served as the president of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club in Europe between 1994 and 2012. Early life The son of factory worker parents, Tinndahn was born in North Zealand and described his childhood as "an ordinary working class upbringing". He struggled in school as a result of dyslexia, and was reportedly quiet and introverted. Tinndahn instead took an interest in mopeds, and he later trained as a mechanic, an occupation from which he was granted early retirement due to spinal arthritis. Despite disapproval from his parents, Tinndahn, along with his brother, became involved with outlaw motorcycle clubs at the age of seventeen, joining and later serving as president of the 666 club. Michael Ljunggren
Per Michael "Joe" Ljunggren (22 March 1962 – 17 July 1995) was a Swedish outlaw biker and gangster who served as the first national president of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club in Sweden. Ljunggren was a central figure in the Nordic Biker War, in which the Bandidos feuded with the Hells Angels. He was shot dead while riding his motorcycle on the E4 motorway in Småland. The murder remains unsolved, but police believe members of the Hells Angels to be responsible. Marko Hirsma
Marko Asser Hirsma (12 July 1965 – 20 October 2001) was a Finnish musician, outlaw biker and gangster who served as the first national president of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club in Finland. Outlaw biker Hirsma was the singer-bassist in the Backsliders, a rock band that, between 1985 and 1994, managed to release five studio albums and one cover album together with Albert Järvinen under the name Flashbacksliders. The Backsliders' activities waned in the 1990s, when Hirsma became gradually more involved in gang activity. He was a member of the Overkill Motorcycle Club, which vied with the Iron Hog MC for the right to become a candidate for the Hells Angels' first Finnish chapter.
