Nordelta
Nordelta is an affluent city in Tigre Partido, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, about from Capital Federal. It consists of a large gated community made up originally of nine neighborhoods, founded in 1999 and known as the first ciudadpueblo ("city-ville" in English) of Argentina; it is close to the towns of General Pacheco and Benavidez. Nordelta has been referred to as "the Miami of the Argentina". When compared to older gated communities in Pilar, Nordelta's natural features (trees, plants, etc.) stand out as too "artificial", because Pilar's trees, for instance, are very large and mature compared to Nordelta's miniature trees. A gated community (or walled community) is a form of residential community or housing estate containing strictly controlled entrances for pedestrians, bicycles, and automobiles, and often characterized by a closed perimeter of walls and fences. Historically, cities have built defensive city walls and controlled gates to protect their inhabitants, and such fortifications have also separated quarters of some cities. Today, gated communities usually consist of small residential streets and include various shared amenities. For smaller communities, these amenities may include only a park or other common area. Eduardo Francisco Costantini (born September 17, 1946) is an Argentine real estate developer and businessman and the founder and chairman of the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA). Tigre Partido
Tigre Partido is a '' partido'' of Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, situated in the northern part of Greater Buenos Aires. The department covers a large section of the Paraná Delta and its low-lying islands. The main town of the division is Tigre; other towns include Don Torcuato, El Talar, General Pacheco, Benavídez. Horacio Lavandera (born Buenos Aires, December 1, 1984) is an Argentine pianist, currently residing in Madrid, Spain.
