Nootdorp
Nootdorp () is a small town in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is bordered by Zoetermeer to the north, by The Hague (specifically Leidschenveen-Ypenburg) to the west, by Delfgauw to the south and by Pijnacker to the east. Nootdorp was a separate municipality until 2002, when it merged with Pijnacker to form Pijnacker-Nootdorp, which is a part of Greater The Hague. Nootdorp has a metro station, which Line E runs through, a Rotterdam Metro line connecting The Hague and Rotterdam. Pijnacker-Nootdorp
Pijnacker-Nootdorp () is a municipality in the Randstad conurbation in the Netherlands, in the province of South Holland. The municipality covers an area of of which is water. The municipality of Pijnacker-Nootdorp comprises three settlements: Delfgauw, Nootdorp and Pijnacker. It also contains seven historical hamlets (one of which is partially in Delft), which all fall under one or more of the settlements for all intents and purposes. It is the result of merging the municipalities of Pijnacker and Nootdorp in 2002, with parts being annexed by neighbouring The Hague. It is part of Greater The Hague, but it also borders Delft and Rotterdam. It is also part of the larger Rotterdam-The Hague metropolitan area. Pijnacker and Nootdorp are connected to The Hague and Rotterdam through the Randstadrail public transport system, and Nootdorp also with a tram line. SV Nootdorp
SV Nootdorp is a football club from Nootdorp, Netherlands. SV Nootdorp plays in Saturday Eerste Klasse since 2019. The home games are played at “Sportpark 's-Gravenhout”. History 20th century SV Nootdorp was founded on 12 January 1950. Nootdorp already had two football clubs, VV Oliveo and RKDEO. In 1960 and 1973, Nootdorp won a third class section championships of the Haarlemsche Voetbalbond (HVB). In 1979 and 1983 Nootdorp won the first class sections of the HVB. In 1984 it won the Big League of HVB and joined the KNVB Vierde Klasse. Nootdorp won Vierde Klasse championships in 1995 and 1999. Pijnacker
Pijnacker () is a town in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is bordered Zoetermeer to the north, by Nootdorp to the northwest, by Delfgauw to the southwest, by Rotterdam (specifically Overschie) to the south and by Berkel en Rodenrijs to the east. Pijnacker was a separate municipality until 2002, when it merged with Nootdorp to form Pijnacker-Nootdorp, which is a part of Greater The Hague. However, Pijnacker does not border The Hague (Nootdorp does), and it does border Rotterdam especially since Nootdorp and Pijnacker, while technically contiguous, have about 2 km of nature between them. While it may then seem strange that the two towns would want to merge, they did so preemptively to avoid potential annexing by the cities. Nieuweveen is a former municipality in the Dutch province of South Holland. It was located northwest of Nootdorp Nootdorp () is a small town in the Netherlands, Dutch province of South Holland. Leidschenveen-Ypenburg () is a Vinex-location and district of The Hague, located in the southeast. It is geographically connected to the main body of the city by only a narrow corridor. It consists of four quarters: Hoornwijk and Ypenburg on the southwest of the A12 motorway and parallel railway to Utrecht, and Forepark and Leidschenveen on the northeast. Since 2005 the district has its own railway station, Den Haag Ypenburg, situated on the Gouda–Den Haag railway. Zoetermeer
Zoetermeer () is a city in the Western Netherlands, in the province of South Holland. The municipality covers an area of of which is water. A small village until the late 1960s, it had 6,392 inhabitants in 1950. By 2013 this had grown to 123,328, making it the third largest population centre in the province of South Holland, after Rotterdam and The Hague.
