Noor Riyadh
Noor Riyadh ("Riyadh Light" in Arabic) is an annual light and art festival that illuminates Riyadh, Saudi Arabia's capital city. Considered the largest light art festival of its kind in the world, it falls under the umbrella of Riyadh Art, a project launched by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as an initiative of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz to transform the Saudi capital into an open art exhibition. Noor Riyadh launch Noor Riyadh kicked off its inaugural edition in March 2021 at the Saudi National Museum and King Abdullah Financial District under the theme "Under One Sky," examining the human tendency to view light from an artistic and creative point of view. Wadi Hanifa ( ar, وَادِي حَنِيْفَة, Wādī Ḥanīfah), historically known as Wadi al-Arad, is a ''wadi'' (valley) in the Najd region, Riyadh Province, in central Saudi Arabia. The valley runs for a length of from northwest to southeast, cutting through the city of Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. The Riyadh International Book Fair (RIBF) is an annual book fair in Saudi Arabia. It lasts 11 days and regularly attracts over a half million visitors (it is not the largest fair in the MENA region, contrary to some claims). The fair is used to showcase Saudi government policy, and it has been a locus of political power struggles with the government. Hundreds of publishers sell pre-approved books, and some black-market books. Writers take part in literary events. Invited speakers and the public discuss intellectual and social issues. Disagreements sometimes go beyond the bounds of debate, with speakers being shouted down and surrounded by protestors, and arrests of speakers and protestors; physical assaults are rare but not unknown. Riyadh Season () is a state-sponsored annual entertainment and sports festival, part of the larger Saudi Seasons initiative held since 2019 from October to March during winter in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Overview First unveiled by the General Entertainment Authority in accordance with the Saudi Vision 2030 in October 2019, the festival brought unprecedented Sport in Saudi Arabia, sports and entertainment themes in Riyadh. According to the chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, the government generated 6 billion Saudi Riyals in revenues from the first edition of the festival in 2019. Jenadriyah
Al-Jenadriyah ( ar, مهرجان الجنادرية, Maharajān al-Janādrīyah) is a cultural and heritage festival held in Jenadriyah (or JanadriyahMohammad NowfalJanadriyah, Saudi Arabia, ''Splendid Arabia'' website. The Al Faisaliyah Centre (or Al Faisaliah Centre, ar, برج الفيصلية) is a commercial skyscraper and mixed-use complex located in the business district of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. A laser is a device that emits light through a process of optical amplification based on the stimulated emission of electromagnetic radiation. Kingdom Centre (Arabic: مركز المملكة) is a 41-story, skyscraper in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. When completed in 2002, it overtook the Faisaliyah Tower as the tallest tower in Saudi Arabia.
