Noelia Voigt
Noelia Voigt (born November 1, 1999) is an American model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss USA 2023 on September 29, 2023. She is the third woman from Utah to win Miss USA, 63 years after its last win in 1960. She represented United States at the Miss Universe 2023 pageant on November 18, 2023, in El Salvador where she made it into top 20 semifinalists. Voigt is an anti-bullying advocate. Early life and career Voigt was born in Sarasota, Florida, to a Venezuelan mother, Jackeline Coromoto Briceño from Maracaibo, and an American father, Jack David Voigt, a professional baseball player who played for Águilas del Zulia. Voigt is the first Venezuelan-American to earn the title Miss Utah USA and eventually Miss USA.
