Noah Lindsey Cyrus (born January 8, 2000) is an American singer and actress. As a child actress she voiced the titular character in the English dub of the film ''Ponyo'' (2008), as well as having minor roles on shows like ''Hannah Montana'' and '' Doc''. In 2016 she made her debut as a singer with the single "Make Me (Cry)" featuring Labrinth, which peaked at number 46 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100. The Grammy Award for Best New Artist has been awarded since 1959. Years reflect the year in which the Grammy Awards were handed out, for records released in the previous year. The award was not presented in 1967.
