No Plan (owarai)
NO PLAN is a Japanese konto style comedy group, and is also occasionally known for their music. The group appeared regularly on the late night owarai show Uchimura Produce (内村プロデュース) until late 2005, when the show was cancelled. The group consists of 6 male members; Kazuki Ōtake and Masakazu Mimura of Summers, Red Yoshida and Golgo Matsumoto of TIM, Ryō Fukawa, and the leader of the group, Japanese comedian Teruyoshi Uchimura. History The origin of the group's name traces back to one of their first television appearances on the popular music show, Music Station in 2003. Having arrived to sing a song, but not having prepared any lyrics, a fellow guest—Morning Musume's Mari Yaguchi—commented on-air, "No plan, huh?", and the name stuck. Their first album was then named ''We are NO PLAN''. Mari Yaguchi
is a Japanese singer, actress, and television personality. She joined the girl group Morning Musume in 1998 as a second generation member and was the leader of subgroups within Hello! Project, such as Mini-Moni, Morning Musume Sakuragumi, and ZYX. After leaving Morning Musume in 2005, Yaguchi has continued to appear on television in dramas and variety shows. Crazy Ken Band
, also referred to as CKB, is a Japanese musical group formed in 1997 by its lead vocalist, writer and composer Ken Yokoyama. The band first came together in 1991 under the name "CK's", with a four-member lineup: Ken Yokoyama, Keiichi Hiroishi, Masao Onose and Shinya Horaguchi. This incarnation of the group was centred on a 15-man instrumental and vocal group. In 1997, Keiichi Nakanishi became the fifth member and the group's name was changed to "Crazy Ken Band". The band made its debut in June 1998 with the album ''Punch! Punch! Punch!''. In 2000, support member Toraji Shingū became a full member of the band. The High-Lows
were a popular Japanese punk rock band that was formed in 1995. The band stopped all activities in November 2005 and broke up.
