It was composed by Queen and Hiram Cruz, produced by Cruz under his stage name Keko Musik. For the week of May 3, 2014, the song debuted at number 23 on the ''Billboard'' Latin Rhythm Airplay chart. The official remix features J Alvarez. Background Ivy Queen told ''Efe'' that the composition process started while she was heartbroken at home. Her emotions then burst out in the recording studio. Martha Ivelisse Pesante Rodríguez (born March 4, 1972), known professionally as Ivy Queen, is a Puerto Rican singer, rapper, songwriter, and actress. The Music Genome Project is an effort to "capture the essence of music at the most fundamental level" using various attributes to describe songs and mathematics to connect them together into an interactive map. The Music Genome Project covers five music genres: Pop/Rock, Hip-Hop/Electronica, Jazz, World Music, and Classical. Any given song is represented by approximately 450 "genes" (analogous to trait-determining genes for organisms in the field of genetics).
