Forced to release an album with her then-husband who she was going through a divorce at the time due to their multi-album contract with Univision, the song was released as a promotional single on June 10, 2006. Lyrically the song is telling people that she is ready whenever they are and that isn't scared. Martha Ivelisse Pesante Rodríguez (born March 4, 1972), known professionally as Ivy Queen, is a Puerto Rican singer, rapper, songwriter, and actress.
