Nnarambia
Nnarambia is a town in Ahiara, Imo state, Nigeria. It is made up of five hamlets: Ama-obu, Amakpaka, Umuezereugwu, Umunnachi, and Ofor na Obia. The population of Nnarambia is over 25,000. There are also many citizens of Nnarambia in various parts of the world. It has four schools namely, St. Bridgid's Nursery School, Community Primary School, Central Primary School, and Ahiara Technical College (ATC) - first of its kind in the entire former Eastern Region and where many of the Biafra ammunitions were manufactured. The famous Ahiara Junction is located in Nnarambia. This four-road junction connects Owerri and Umuahia in one direction, and the cross-direction connects Aba - Port Harcourt and Mbano - Okigwe. Some yards from this junction is the Eke Nnarambia market. The Eze of Nnarambia is EZE Pius Onyekwere the Eze Nfunala IV of Ahiara who was recently installed. Ahiara
Ahiara is a city in Mbaise, Imo State, Nigeria. The city stands about 16 miles between Owere and Umuahia. It was the location of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu's Ahiara Declaration during the Nigerian Civil War. It is the location of the Catholic diocese in Mbaise. The first recorded Ahiara contact with the Europeans was around 1905 when the British Aro expedition got mixed up in inter-village war which eventually had Dr. Steward a victim, as a consequence the Ahiara people were severely punished by the British forces with an invasion which forced many citizens to flee and never return. The Ahiara Slogan is ''Decent Dexterity''. Origin Ahiara was founded by a man of that name. He was the son of Anunu, popularly called ''Odo ji Anunu''. His sibling Avuvu became a part of Ikeduru. Umuahia
Umuahia () is the capital city of Abia State in southeastern Nigeria. Umuahia is located along the rail road that lies between Port Harcourt to its south,and Enugu city to its north. Umuahia has a population of 359,230 according to the 2006 Nigerian census. Umuahia is indigenously Igbo. Umuahia is renowned for being a railway and agricultural market center, which attracts traders and farmers from neighboring towns to sell their produce, such as yams, cassava, corn (maize), taro, citrus fruits, and palm oil and kernels. Owerri
Owerri ( , ) is the capital city of Imo State in Nigeria, set in the heart of Igboland. It is also the state's largest city, followed by Orlu, Okigwe and Ohaji/Egbema. Owerri consists of three Local Government Areas including Owerri Municipal, Owerri North and Owerri West, it has an estimated population of about 1,401,873 as of 2016 and is approximately in area. Biafra
Biafra, officially the Republic of Biafra, was a partially recognised secessionist state in West Africa that declared independence from Nigeria and existed from 1967 until 1970. Its territory consisted of the predominantly Igbo-populated former Eastern Region of Nigeria. Biafra was established on 30 May 1967 by Igbo military officer and Eastern Region governor C. Umunnachi
Umunnachi is a town in Dunukofia, Anambra State, Southeastern Nigeria which is made up of five villages: Ozzuh, Mgbuke, Umueze, Nkwelle and Nagbana. It shares boundaries with neighboring towns as follows: Ogidi, Umudioka, Eziowelle and Ifite-Dunu. Umunnachi is one of the six towns that make up the ancient Dunukofia clan from which the local government was created. Igwe Felix Onochie was nominated by the people of Umunnachi to be the first Traditional Ruler of the town with the title of Nnachi 1.
