Nitro (wrestler)
Nitro is a Mexican professional wrestling, wrestler active as a ''heel (professional wrestling), rudo'' in Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre. Currently he is in a stable call ''Los Guerreros Tuareg''. Nitro's real name is not a matter of public record, as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico where their private lives are kept a secret from the wrestling fans. Jorge Luis Casas Ruiz (born March 22, 1964), better known by his ring name El Felino ("The Feline"), is a Mexican ''luchador'' (or professional wrestler) working for Mexican wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). Casas started his professional wrestling career under the name Babe Casas, working for the Universal Wrestling Association (UWA). In 1989, he adopted the "Felino" ring character, wearing an orange full body suit and cat inspired mask. ''El Pantera'' (English: ''The Panther'') is a Mexican television series that aired on Canal 5 from May 14, 2007 to November 26, 2009. It is based on a comic book of the same name. IWRG Intercontinental Middleweight Championship
The IWRG Intercontinental Middleweight Championship (''Campeonato Intercontinental de Peso Medio IWRGL'' in Spanish) is a professional wrestling championship promoted by the Mexican wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG). The official definition of the Middleweight weight class in Mexico is between and , but the weight limits are not always strictly adhered to. Because Lucha Libre puts more emphasis on the lower weightclasses, this division is considered more important than the normally more prestigious heavyweight division of the promotion. The current champion is Tonalli who defeated Dr. Cerebro for the title on May 29, 2022. Tonalli is the 43st overall champion and the 29th person to have held the championship. IWRG
International Wrestling Revolution Group (Grupo Internacional Revolución in Spanish; the Spanish name is used for the promotion while the English initials are used for the title governing body) is a Lucha Libre promotion based in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, Mexico. Founded in 1996 by Adolfo Moreno and since Moreno's death in late 2007 has been controlled by his sons Alfredo and Marco Moreno. IWRG has its own championships but like many Mexican promotions recognize champions from other promotions, occasionally allowing them to defend those titles on IWRG shows.
