Nildo Petrolina
Evanildo Fernandes Gomes (born 1 May 1986), known as Nildo Petrolina, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Sociedade Desportiva Juazeirense. He spent most of his career in Portugal, making 153 Primeira Liga appearances for Beira-Mar, Arouca, Moreirense and Aves and scoring 18 goals. He won the Taça da Liga for the third of those clubs in 2017, and the Taça de Portugal for the fourth a year later. Club career Born in Petrolina, Pernambuco, Petrolina only played lower league football in his country. In 2010 the 24-year old moved to Portugal where he would spend the vast majority of his professional career, starting out at C.D. Trofense in the Segunda Liga. Petrolina
Petrolina is a municipality located in the southernmost point of the state of Pernambuco, in Northeast Brazil, in the valley of the São Francisco River. The population was 354,317 in 2020, and the total area is km², making it the largest municipality in the state by area. The municipality is closely integrated with Juazeiro, Bahia, located on the opposite bank of the São Francisco. Pedro Emanuel
Pedro Emanuel dos Santos Martins Silva (born 11 February 1975), known as Pedro Emanuel, is a Portuguese retired footballer who played mainly as a central defender, currently manager of Saudi Arabian club Khaleej FC. In his 16-year professional career he was closely associated with the two biggest teams in Porto, Boavista – he helped it win its first and only Primeira Liga title in 2001 – and FC Porto, being team captain of both. He amassed top-division totals of 268 matches and two goals over 12 seasons, and won 14 major titles between both clubs. A penalty kick (commonly known as a penalty or a spot kick) is a method of restarting play in association football, in which a player is allowed to take a single shot at the goal while it is defended only by the opposing team's goalkeeper. It is awarded when an offence punishable by a direct free kick is committed by a player in their own penalty area. The shot is taken from the penalty mark, which is 11 m (12 yards) from the goal line and centred between the touch lines.
