Nikolay Yefimov
Nikolay Ivanovich Yefimov (; 9 December 1932 – 2 August 2022) was a Russian journalist and statesman. A member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, he served as from 1989 to 1990. Yefimov died in Moscow on 2 August 2022, at the age of 89. References

Brackets
A bracket is either of two tall fore- or back-facing punctuation marks commonly used to isolate a segment of text or data from its surroundings. Typically deployed in symmetric pairs, an individual bracket may be identified as a 'left' or 'right' bracket or, alternatively, an "opening bracket" or "closing bracket", respectively, depending on the Writing system#Directionality, directionality of the context.
