Nikola Marković
Nikola Marković (born 7 July 1989) is a Serbian professional basketball player for Metalac Valjevo of the Basketball League of Serbia. He is a tall power forward- center. He won one Championship with Oradea, and one SuperCup - both in 2020. Professional career Markovic started his professional career at KK Mega Basket, where he had 6 successful seasons before moving to Radnički Belgrade. He moved back to FMP Železnik for the 2010–11 season and went to Crvena zvezda for the 2011–12 season. He joined Radnički Belgrade again for the 2012–13 season, but in March 2013, he moved to Vojvodina Srbijagas. He then moved to KAOD for the 2013–14 season. He joined Panelefsiniakos for the 2014–15 season, and for the next season he moved to PAOK. In July 2016, he signed with Polish club Trefl Sopot. CSM Oradea (men's Basketball)
CSM Oradea, also known as simply Oradea, is a Romanian professional basketball club, based in Oradea. The club competes in the Liga Națională, the highest level of basketball in Romania. History CSM Oradea was founded in 2003, but the team promoted to the first division in 2005. The team best performance was in 2012 when they reached Romanian Cup semi-finals and in 2013 when the team won the 3rd place. FIBA Europe Under-18 Championship
The FIBA U18 EuroBasket is the new name for the FIBA U18 European Championship, originally known as the FIBA European Championship for Juniors. It is a men's youth basketball competition that was inaugurated with the 1964 edition. It was held biennially through the 2002 edition. From the 2004 edition onward, it has been held every year. Serbian National Basketball Team
The Serbia men's national basketball team () represents Serbia in international men's basketball competition, and is controlled by the Basketball Federation of Serbia. Serbia is currently ranked second in the FIBA World Ranking. From 1992 to 2003, the national team played in international tournaments under the name FR Yugoslavia, and from 2003 to 2006, under the name Serbia and Montenegro. Following Montenegro’s declaration of independence in 2006, Serbia is considered sole legal successor. The basketball tournament at the 2013 Mediterranean Games in Mersin took place between 18 June and 25 June. The men's tournament was held at the Servet Tazegül Arena. A women's tournament was also planned, but was cancelled because too few teams applied. Participating nations The following nations applied to compete in the men's tournament. Albania and Greece declared the withdrawal of their teams from the Games on May 10, 2013. Algeria will be participating in place of Albania. At least six nations competing is the requirement for the tournament to be held.
