Vladimir Viktorovich Niederhaus (born 13 August 1967) is a Kazakhstani football official and a former player. He played international football for both Kazakhstan and Russia. Post-playing career After retirement, Niederhaus held various administrative positions is his former club Rotor Volgograd and several Kazakh clubs. Kokshetau
Kokshetau (meaning ''Blueish Mountain'' in Kazakh, kz, Көкшетау, Kökşetau; ; rus, Кокшета́у, p=kokʂɛtaʊ) is a city in northern Kazakhstan and the capital of Akmola Region, which stretches along the southern shore of Lake Kopa, lying in the north of Kokshetau Hills, a northern subsystem of the Kokshetau Uplands ( Saryarka) and the southern edge of the Ishim Plain. FC Vostok ( kk, Восток Футбол Клубы, ''Vostok Fýtbol Klýby'') was a Kazakhstan, Kazakh association football, football club from Oskemen (Ust-Kamenogorsk), and a founding member of the Kazakhstan Premier League in 1992.
