Nicole Wilkins-Lee
Nicole Wilkins (born February 5, 1984) is an American IFBB professional figure and fitness competitor, fitness model, and fitness trainer. She is the first 4-time winner of the IFBB Figure Olympia Competition and 3-time winner of the IFBB Figure International held during the Annual Arnold Classic. Early life Wilkins graduated with a B.A. from Oakland University in health, wellness, and injury prevention. Career Aged 19, Wilkins prepared for her first fitness competition at the 2003 NPC in Western Michigan where she placed 1st in the fitness competition. The following year, as a junior in college, she competed in five more competitions, alternating between the Fitness and Figure divisions. Over the next three years she moved from the local/regional to the national level to get her pro card and gain entry into the IFBB Professional League. Fitness And Figure Competition
Fitness and figure competition is a class of physique-exhibition events for women and men. While bearing a close resemblance to bodybuilding, its emphasis is on muscle ''definition'', not size. The class was originally introduced when bodybuilding's popularity began to noticeably decline, in terms of both fanbase and number of participants. Overview Fitness and Figure are two ''distinct'' forms of competition, not just one. In a Fitness contest (the older of the two disciplines), female competitors showcase their physiques (which are noticeably less massive than bodybuilders') while performing a demanding, time-limited, aerobic/dance routine. In a Figure contest, the most important attributes are a curvaceous-yet-trim body, and facial beauty; however, the physique guidelines are similar to a Fitness pageant's, and many contestants move back and forth between the two disciplines. Erin Stern is an American IFBB fitness professional and figure competitor and former Figure Olympia. Early life Erin Elyse Stern was born on February 5, 1980, to a religious Jewish family. Erin Elyse Stern was born in a family of athletes. Her father played football for C.W. Post and Adelphi University, and her mother ran three miles a day. She started horse riding in competitions at a young age, and later developed a passion for running, just like her mother, which led her to her track career.
