Nicole Krasinski is a pastry chef and co-owner of State Bird Provisions and cookbook author. Along with State Bird Provisions co-owner and husband Stuart Brioza, she wrote ''State Bird Provisions: A Cookbook'' in 2017. Krasinski is also the co-owner of The Progress. State Bird Provisions
State Bird Provisions is a San Francisco restaurant founded by chef-owners Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski. Background Brioza and Krasinski are both natives of the San Francisco Bay Area. Brioza graduated from culinary school at the Hyde Park campus of the Culinary Institute of America. Krasinski was trained in pastry and baking under Chef Nancy Carey at the Red Hen Bakery in Chicago. Brioza started his cooking career under Chef John Hogan at Savarin restaurant in Chicago. In the spring of 2000, Brioza and Krasinski were hired to be the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef at Tapawingo restaurant in Ellsworth, Michigan. In 2003, Brioza was recognized as one of ''Food & Wine'' magazine's Best New Chefs in America. Drew Nieporent
Drew Nieporent is an American restaurateur based in New York City. His company Myriad Restaurant Group owns and operates numerous restaurants. Nieporent's Nobu and Nobu London both earned two Michelin stars. The restaurant's partners are celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa and actor Robert De Niro. Early life and education Nieporent graduated in 1973 from Stuyvesant High School and in 1977 from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, with a degree from the School of Hotel Management. At Cornell, he was also a member of the Quill and Dagger society. While at Cornell, he worked on the cruise ships Vistafjord and Sagafjord. Career Nieporent founded the Myriad Restaurant Group, which operates Tribeca Grill, Nobu New York City, Nobu Fifty Seven, Nobu London, Nobu Next Door, Bâtard (Formerly Corton), and Crush Wine & Spirits. Ellsworth, Michigan
Ellsworth is a village in Antrim County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 349 at the 2010 census. The village is located within Banks Township. The village is primarily a bedroom community with its primary industry being gravel and other aggregates. Agriculture and forestry are also important industries. Ellsworth is home to a small annual festival called the Pig Roast, which involves a parade and horse pulls, and of course, roast pork. Down the street is a bistro called the Rowe Inn.
