Nicolas Boulay
Nicolas Boulay (born August 18, 1989) is a Canadian football linebacker who is currently a free agent. He most recently played for the Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was drafted 30th overall in the 2013 CFL Draft by the Alouettes and signed with the team on May 13, 2013. He played CIS football with the Sherbrooke Vert et Or. College career Boulay played four years with the University of Sherbrooke Vert et Or. He was named the team's defensive player of the year following a remarkable season in which his 58.5 tackles ranked fourth in the Quebec conference and sixth in the country. Boulay recorded two quarterback sacks in his nine games played in 2012 and was voted defensive captain that year. Magog, Quebec
Magog (; ) is a city in southeastern Quebec, Canada, about east of Montreal at the confluence of Lake Memphremagog—after which the city was named—with the Rivière aux Cerises and the Magog River. Mathieu Boulay (born November 23, 1987) is a former Canadian football defensive lineman. He played for the Saskatchewan Roughriders, Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Edmonton Eskimos. He played CIS football at Bishop's. College career Boulay was a member of the Bishop's Gaiters for four years from 2007 until 2010. He was named the team's lineman of the year his senior season, along with being recognized as the Defensive MVP. As well he was named Most Outstanding Defensive Lineman in the 2010 East-West Shrine Game. Despite his efforts, Boulay went undrafted in the 2011 CFL Draft. CIS Football
U Sports football is the highest level of amateur play of Canadian football and operates under the auspices of U Sports (formerly Canadian Interuniversity Sport). Twenty-seven teams from Canadian universities are divided into four athletic conferences, drawing from the four regional associations of U Sports: Canada West Universities Athletic Association, Ontario University Athletics, Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec, and Atlantic University Sport. The 2013 CFL season, 2013 CFL Draft took place on Monday, May 6, 2013 at 12:00 PM ET on The Sports Network, TSN. 60 players were chosen from among eligible players from Canadian Interuniversity Sport, Canadian Universities across the country, as well as Canadian players playing in the NCAA.
