Nicolae Soare
Nicolae Alexandru Soare (born 20 September 1991) is a Romanian long distance runner who specialises in the marathon. He competed in the men's marathon event at the 2016 Summer Olympics. He won silver medals in the 10,000 metres at the 2015 and 2017 Universiades. In 2020, he competed in the men's race at the 2020 World Athletics Half Marathon Championships held in Gdynia, Poland. Track and field is a sport that includes athletic contests based on running, jumping, and throwing skills.
