Nico Falah
Nico Falah (born January 6, 1995) is an American football guard who is currently a free agent. He played college football at USC. Professional career Tennessee Titans Falah signed with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent on May 11, 2018. He was waived on September 1, 2018. New York Jets On September 3, 2018, Falah was signed to the New York Jets practice squad. Denver Broncos On October 22, 2018, Falah was signed by the Denver Broncos off the Jets practice squad. On May 13, 2019, Falah was carted off the practice field with a lower left injury. It was later revealed he suffered a season-ending torn Achilles. He was placed on injured reserve the following day. On July 27, 2020, he was waived by the Broncos. Las Vegas Raiders On December 30, 2021, Falah was signed to the Las Vegas Raiders practice squad. He was released on January 3, 2022. Guard (gridiron Football)
In gridiron football, a guard (G), otherwise known as an offensive guard (OG), is a player who lines up between the center (American football), center and the offensive tackle, tackles on the offensive line of a football team on the line of scrimmage used primarily for Blocking (American football), blocking. Right guards (RG) is the term for the guards on the right of the offensive line, while left guards (LG) are on the left side. Guards are to the right or left of the center. The guard's job is to protect the quarterback from the incoming defensive line, linemen during pass plays, as well as creating openings (holes) for the running backs to head through. 2022 USFL Draft
The 2022 USFL Draft, also known as the 2022 USFL Player Selection Meeting, was the player selection process to fill the rosters of the eight teams for the 2022 USFL season. The draft was held on February 22–23, 2022, with results released through the USFL's social media channels. Structure The USFL player allocation process will be held in multiple phases, separated by position groups. The league will use a "snake" format in each phase, in which the draft order reversed with each round. The draft order will be shuffled for each phase as predetermined through lotteries. A draft pool of 450–500 players are eligible to be picked after signing contracts before hand. The first five phases are scheduled for February 22, with the final two phases occurring on February 23.
