Nico Brandenburger (born 17 January 1995) is a German professional footballer who most recently played as a defensive midfielder for TSV Meerbusch. He has been a youth international for Germany on multiple levels, most recently for the under-20 team in 2015. Defensive Midfielder
A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders.
