Niclas Nøhr
Niclas Nøhr (born 2 August 1991) is a Danish badminton player, specializing in doubles play. He started playing badminton at Møn badminton club. In 2012, he joined Denmark national badminton team, and in 2015, he won a gold medal at the European Games with his mixed doubles partner Sara Thygesen. After one year of a knee operation, he returned to the court. He said; "I'm just happy that my family, friends, and especially my girlfriend has supported me in such a hard time." Nøhr announced his retirement from international tournaments through his Instagram account on 19 April 2022. He later started a new journey as a coach at the Hvidovre club, and also joining Australia coaching team in preparation for the 2022 Commonwealth Games. Møn
Møn () is an island in south-eastern Denmark. Until 1 January 2007, it was a municipality in its own right but it is now part of the municipality of Vordingborg, after merging with the former municipalities of Langebæk, Præstø, and Vordingborg. Sylvain Grosjean
Sylvain Grosjean (born 19 September 1990) is a French badminton player. He has won numerous junior title in France, and in 2009 he attracted the international attention by winning the boys' doubles title at the European Junior Championships partnered with Sam Magee of Ireland. In 2011, he also won the men's doubles title at the Dutch International tournament with Baptiste Carême. In 2012, he decided to retire from the French Badminton Association (INSEP), and focused on his studies in physiotherapy. Christinna Pedersen
Christinna Pedersen (born 12 May 1986) is a Danish badminton player. Career Christinna Pedersen is a right-handed doubles specialist. From 2008 onwards, Pedersen paired with Joachim Fischer Nielsen in mixed doubles. The pair gained two European mixed doubles titles, won bronze at the 2009 Hyderabad World Championships and at the 2014 World Championships, and came third at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Pedersen and Fischer Nielsen also produced strong results on the BWF Super Series circuit, winning a total of three World Superseries Finals and ten Superseries titles, and reaching a career high World Ranking of number 1. Joachim Fischer Nielsen
Joachim Fischer Nielsen (born 23 November 1978) is a Danish retired badminton player. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he won the bronze medal in the mixed doubles with teammate Christinna Pedersen. He retired from the international tournament in the end of 2018. Fischer Nielsen was named Badminton Denmark 2011 Player of the Year together with his partner in the mixed doubles Christinna Pedersen. He was later received Badminton Denmark's merit.
