Nicky Sualua
Nicky Sualua (born April 16, 1975) is a former American football Fullback (American football), fullback in the National Football League for the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at Ohio State University. Early years Sualua didn't start playing American football, football until his freshman year at Santiago High School (Corona, California), Santiago High School, where he was a Guard (gridiron football), guard and defensive tackle. The next year, he transferred to Mater Dei High School (Santa Ana, California), Mater Dei High School, where he played as a Fullback (American football), fullback and defensive end. As a sophomore, he helped his team compile a 13-1 record and win the state title. As a senior, he had 85 carries for 562 yards (6.6 avg.) and 9 touchdowns, despite missing five games with a high ankle sprain he suffered in the opening game. Fullback (American Football)
A fullback (FB) is a position in the offensive backfield in gridiron football, and is one of the two running back positions along with the halfback. Fullbacks are typically larger than halfbacks and in most offensive schemes the fullback's duties are split among power running, pass catching, and blocking for both the quarterback and the other running back. Many great runners in the history of American football have been fullbacks, including Jim Brown, Marion Motley, Bronko Nagurski, Jim Taylor, Franco Harris, Larry Csonka, John Riggins, Christian Okoye, and Levi Jackson. Herschel Walker
Herschel Junior Walker (born March 3, 1962) is an American former football running back who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 12 seasons. He was also the Republican nominee in the 2022 United States Senate election in Georgia. Walker played college football at the University of Georgia, where he won the Heisman Trophy as a junior. He spent the first three seasons of his professional career with the New Jersey Generals of the United States Football League (USFL) and was the league's MVP during its final season in 1985. Daryl Peter "Moose" Johnston (born February 10, 1966) is a former fullback in the National Football League for the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at Syracuse University. He was the General Manager of the San Antonio Commanders of the Alliance of American Football in 2019, the Director of Player Personnel for the Dallas Renegades in 2020, and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Football Operations for the newest incarnation of the USFL. The 1997 NFL Draft was the procedure by which National Football League teams selected amateur college football players. It is officially known as the NFL Annual Player Selection Meeting. The draft was held April 19–20, 1997, at the Paramount Theatre at Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York. No teams chose to claim any players in the supplemental draft this year. The Heisman Memorial Trophy (usually known colloquially as the Heisman Trophy or The Heisman) is awarded annually to the most outstanding player in college football. The Citrus Bowl is an annual college football bowl game played at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida. The bowl is operated by Florida Citrus Sports, a non-profit group that also organizes the Cheez-It Bowl and Florida Classic.
