Nick Additon
Nicholas Scott Additon (born December 16, 1987) is a former professional baseball pitcher. He played in the KBO League for the Lotte Giants and the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL) for the Chinatrust Brothers. Career St. Louis Cardinals Prior to playing professionally, he attended Western High School in Davie and then Indian River State College before being drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 47th round of the 2006 Major League Baseball Draft. He began his professional career the next year. He posted ERAs of 3.41, 2.23 and 3.11 in his first three seasons. Notably, in 2008, he was 9–5 with a 2.50 ERA for the Quad Cities River Bandits and 2–0 with a 0.50 ERA for the Palm Beach Cardinals. He was 9–6 with a 4.43 record for the Springfield Cardinals in 2010 and in 2011, he was 8-9 between Springfield and the Memphis Redbirds. Pitcher
In baseball, the pitcher is the player who throws ("pitches") the baseball from the pitcher's mound toward the catcher to begin each play, with the goal of retiring a batter, who attempts to either make contact with the pitched ball or draw a walk. GCL Cardinals
The Florida Complex League Cardinals are a Rookie-level affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals, competing in the Florida Complex League of Minor League Baseball. Prior to 2021, the team was known as the Gulf Coast League Cardinals. The team plays its home games in Jupiter, Florida, at Roger Dean Stadium, which is also the spring training home of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Miami Marlins. The Mexican Pacific League (), known as Liga ARCO Mexicana del Pacífico for sponsorship reasons or simply LMP for its acronym in Spanish, is a professional baseball winter league based in Northern Mexico. Triple-A (officially Class AAA) has been the highest level of play in Minor League Baseball in the United States since 1946. Currently, two sports league, leagues operate at the Triple-A level, the International League (IL) and the Pacific Coast League (PCL). There are 30 teams, one per each Major League Baseball (MLB) franchise, with 20 in the IL and 10 in the PCL. The Colorado Springs Sky Sox were a Minor League Baseball team in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
