On 21 January 1960, the governor of the bank signed an ordinance on behalf of the prime minister to rename the bank State Bank of Vietnam (''Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam''). After the fall of Saigon, the two Vietnams were united but not until July 1976 did the two cou ...

Governors Of The State Bank Of Vietnam
A governor is an administrative leader and head of a polity or political region, ranking under the head of state and in some cases, such as governors-general, as the head of state's official representative.
