Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Oanh
Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Oanh is a former wushu taolu athlete from Vietnam. She is a three-time medalist at the World Wushu Championships including a one-time world champion, a four-time medalist at the Southeast Asian Games, and a medalist at the Asian Games and the Asian Wushu Championships. She is the sister of fellow wushu athlete Nguyễn Thị Mỹ Đức. ''Nhân Dân'' (Vietnamese: ''The People'') is the official newspaper of the Communist Party of Vietnam. According to the newspaper, it is “the voice of the Party, the State and the people of Vietnam.” It has a daily circulation of 180,000 copies. Its weekend edition, ''Nhân Dân cuối tuần'', has a circulation of 110,000 copies, and its monthly magazine has a circulation of 130,000 copies. The Labor Order ( vi, Huân chương lao động) is an award conferred or posthumously conferred by the Government of Vietnam on individuals and conferred on collectives that have recorded outstanding achievements in labor, creativity or national construction. There are three Labour Order awards. The basic award is the 3rd class which has one star, the 2nd class award has two stars and the highest 1st class award has three stars.
