Newbury College (United States)
Newbury College was a private college in Brookline, Massachusetts. Founded in 1962, Newbury College offered bachelor and associate degree programs in over 20 career-focused majors. Although the college was accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, it was placed on probation in mid-2018 because it was facing significant financial challenges. In December 2018, the college announced that it would close in the spring of 2019 at the end of the academic year. Lasell University is now the Institution of Record for the college and all enrollment verifications and copies of transcripts for Newbury are provided by Lasell.
