New York Pancyprian-Freedoms is an American amateur soccer team based in Astoria, New York, United States. Founded in 1974, the team plays in the Eastern Premier Soccer League, a league at the fifth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid. The team plays its home games at Belson Stadium on the campus of at St. John's University. The team's colors are white and blue. History LEAGUE PLAY (C.S.L. - Cosmopolitan Soccer League) The Pancyprian-Freedoms were founded in 1974, and have competed in New York City’s Cosmopolitan Soccer League, a well-respected league which dates back to the 1920s and which is a member of the United States Adult Soccer Association Region I group of leagues, since that inaugural season. Belson Stadium
Belson Stadium is a 2,168-seat soccer-specific stadium located at Utopia Parkway and Union Turnpike in Queens, New York City, on the campus of St. John's University. It is the home of the St. John's Red Storm men's and women's soccer teams. The stadium is unique in that it is built on top of a parking garage to save space in the dense urban environment of Queens. The stadium is named in honor of Maxine and Jerome Belson. Mr. Belson was a graduate of St. John's law school, a member of the university's Board of Trustees and a past benefactor to the university. The Belsons donated $6 million for the construction of the stadium and an additional $5 million was raised for the parking garage and landscaping. Real Maryland F.C., commonly known as the Real Maryland Monarchs, was an American soccer team based in Rockville, Maryland, United States. Founded in 2007, the team played in the USL Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, in the South Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference, having voluntarily self-relegated from the USL Second Division at the end of 2010. Jordan Theodore Stagmiller (born November 8, 1992) is an American soccer player from Phoenix, Arizona. Career College and Amateur Stagmiller played youth soccer for Sereno Soccer Club in Phoenix, Arizona. He was named Sereno Soccer Club's Player of the Year in 2011. His club team, Sereno 93' White, won three Arizona State Cups as well as the San Diego Surf Cup in 2010. Stagmiller played high school soccer at North Canyon High School for one season between 2010 and 2011. While at North Canyon he was named Desert Valley Region Player of the Year as well as being named to the Arizona Republic's 1st Team All-Arizona and 1st Team All-5A.
