State Road 399 (NM 399) is a state highway in the US state of New Mexico. NM 399's northern terminus is at U.S. Route 84 (US 84) and US 285 in Sombrillo, and the southern terminus is a continuation as County Route 120 (CR 120) at CR 127 in La Mesilla. Rio Arriba County is a county in the U.S. state of New Mexico. As of the 2010 census, the population was 40,246. Its county seat is Tierra Amarilla. Its northern border is the Colorado state line. Rio Arriba County comprises the Española, NM Micropolitan Statistical Area, which is also included in the Albuquerque- Santa Fe-Las Vegas, NM Combined Statistical Area.
