Nevve Nof Tower
Neve Nof Tower ( he, מגדל נווה נוף) is a residential tower located in the Tel Aviv District city of Bat Yam, Israel. Its construction was completed in 2013 and it became the tallest residential building in Israel, ynet, 20 November 2010 taking the title from Park Tzameret’s ‘’W Tower’’. Bat Yam
Bat Yam ( he, בַּת יָם or ) is a city located on Israel's Mediterranean Sea coast, on the Central Coastal Plain just south of Tel Aviv. It is part of the Gush Dan metropolitan area and the Tel Aviv District. In 2020, it had a population of 160,000. History British Mandate Bat Yam, originally Bayit VeGan (“House and Garden”), was founded in 1919 by the Bayit VeGan homeowners association, affiliated with the Mizrachi movement. Ynet (stylized as ynet) is one of the major Israeli news and general-content websites, and is the online outlet for the '' Yedioth Ahronot'' newspaper. However, most of Ynet's content is original work, published exclusively on the website and written by an independent staff. History Ynet was launched in June 2000 in Hebrew only; and in 2004 launched its online English edition Ynetnews. In addition, Ynet hosts the online version of Yedioth Aharanot's media group magazines: Laisha (which also operates Ynet's fashion section), Pnai Plus, Blazer, GO magazine, and Mentha. Park Tzameret
Tzamarot Ayalon ( he, צמרות איילון) is a neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Israel, on the east-central side of the city. It is ranked as the wealthiest neighborhood in Israel. The neighborhood is subdivided into two areas by Ya'akov Dori Street. South of the street are Tel Aviv Savidor Central Railway Station, Tel Aviv 2000 bus terminal and Volovelsky Park. North of the street is a residential area known as Park Tzameret ( he, פארק צמרת). It consists of eleven luxurious high-rise apartment buildings, with one more under construction as of 2019, surrounded by green space. The area has been modeled upon similar projects in London and Paris. Only 18% of the area will contain buildings. Emporis GmbH was a real estate data mining company that was headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. The company collected data and photographs of buildings worldwide, which were published in an online database from 2000 to September 2022. On 12 September 2022, the managing director of CoStar Europe posted a letter on Emporis.com, informing its community members of the decision which had been made to retire the Emporis community platform, effective 13 September 2022.
