Nevio Orlandi
Nevio Orlandi (born 30 January 1954 in Casalmaggiore, Province of Cremona) is an Italian football manager, currently in charge of Vibonese. Career Playing Orlandi spent his career playing for several amateur teams, including Akragas throughout the 1970s and the 1980s, and being nicknamed ''l'agricoltore'' (the peasant) because of his particular running style. Coaching After a short experience working as youth team coach for Vicenza, Orlandi joined Reggina in 1989, becoming their ''Allievi Nazionali'' (16-year-old youngsters) head coach, being then promoted at the helm of the ''Primavera'' (main youth team roster) soon later, and successively serving as assistant manager to Franco Colomba during the ''amarantos 2000–2001 campaign. Later on he had a few other experiences at the helm of amateur teams Potenza, Maglie, and Vittoria, where he won the Serie C2 playoffs in 2004 and headed the Sicilian team during the first five weeks of the following season, in Serie C1. Casalmaggiore
Casalmaggiore ( Casalasco-Viadanese: ) is a ''comune'' in the province of Cremona, Lombardy, Italy, located across the Po River. It was the birthplace of Italian composers Ignazio Donati and Andrea Zani. It became worldwide famous thanks to its Women Volleyball Team Volleyball Casalmaggiore especially in the years between 2015-2018. Sights include the ''Duomo'' (Cathedral), the Museo Diotti, and the Bijoux Museum. Reggina 1914 S.r.l., commonly referred to as Reggina, is an Italian football club based in Reggio Calabria. Founded in 1914, they currently play in Serie B, and play their home matches at the 27,763 seater Stadio Oreste Granillo. They are nicknamed the ''amaranto'' (amaranth) after their official dark red colours. The club was formerly known as Reggina Calcio before declaring bankruptcy in 2015, as well as A.S.D. Reggio Calabria in 2015–16 season and Urbs Reggina 1914 from 2016 to 2019. In its previous guise Reggina played in the Serie A for nine seasons between 1999 and 2009, including a seven-year consecutive spell starting in 2002. During these years, the club narrowly avoided relegation in most seasons and never finished in the top half. 2018–19 Serie C
The 2018–19 Serie C was the fifth season of the unified Serie C division, the third tier of the Italian football league system. Teams The league originally featured 60 teams. However, it saw the bankruptcy and subsequent withdrawal of Andria, Mestre, Reggiana and Vicenza. To fill the vacancies in Serie B, Novara, Catania and Siena became the repechage candidates from Serie C, to the objection of Pro Vercelli and Ternana. However, on 10 August Lega B announced that a 19-team calendar would be commissioned for the 2018–19 and no repechage would take place. The first team of Bassano Virtus was relocated to Vicenza as L.R. Vicenza Virtus. While its owner, had also acquired some assets from the liquidators of Vicenza.
