Never Mind 2021 was a professional wrestling event promoted by CyberFight's sub-brand DDT Pro-Wrestling (DDT). It took place on December 26, 2021, in Tokyo, Japan, at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium. The event aired on CyberAgent's AbemaTV online linear television service and CyberFight's streaming service Wrestle Universe. It was the eighteenth event in the Never Mind series. Eleven matches were contested at the event, including three on the pre-show, and four of DDT's championships were on the line. The main event saw Konosuke Takeshita defeat Yuji Okabayashi to retain the KO-D Openweight Championship. Other prominent matches included Disaster Box (Harashima and Naomi Yoshimura) successfully defending the KO-D Tag Team Championship against The Bodyguard and Yuji Hino, and Daisuke Sasaki defeated Masahiro Takanashi to retain the DDT Universal Championship. Korakuen Hall
is a sports arena in Bunkyo, Tokyo, Japan, which has hosted boxing, professional wrestling, kickboxing, mixed martial arts and Lethwei matches. History On April 16, 1962, the Korakuen Hall was officially opened with a capacity of approximately 2,000 people. It is located inside the Tokyo Dome City, one of Tokyo's biggest attractions. The venue hosted the boxing events for the 1964 Summer Olympics. On March 30, 1993, the Japanese kickboxing promotion K-1 held its first event K-1 Sanctuary I at Korakuen Hall. Announced on December 28, 2019, at the D-Oh Grand Prix 2020 final event, the DDT Universal Championship was created as part of DDT's plans to expand internationally and reach a larger audience.
