Never Forget Me
''Never Forget Me'' (; lit. "Really Really Don't Forget") is a 1976 South Korean film directed by Mun Yeo-song. It is the 1st movie in the "Really Really" series and was followed later that same year by the 2nd movie '' I Am Really Sorry'', also starring Im Ye-jin and Lee Deok-hwa. Synopsis Two high school students have romantic feelings for each other at a time when such relationships are not allowed at their age. Traveling together by train to school every day, they promise to spend their future together. However, they are separated when the boy's family has to move to Seoul, and vow to be reunited as adults. 3 years later, the boy has become an adult and finally has the independence to pursue his heart. He returns to visit the girl but discovers that she has died from pneumonia. He rides the train they took together and reminisces their past. Im Ye-jin (born Im Ki-hee on January 24, 1960) is a South Korean actress. As a teenage actress, she reached the peak of her popularity in the 1970s with the "Really Really" film trilogy, which include '' Never Forget Me'', '' I Am Really Sorry'' and ''I Really Really Like You''. She is currently active in television. Career Im Ki-hee began modeling in popular teen magazines when she was in junior high school. Lee Deok-hwa
Lee Deok-hwa (born May 8, 1952) is a South Korean actor. Career Lee Deok-hwa studied theater and film at Dongguk University, and made his acting debut in 1972. He and his father, movie star Lee Ye-chun starred together in the 1975 horror film '' The Man with Two Faces''. In 1976, Lee and actress Im Ye-jin starred in '' Never Forget Me'' and '' I Am Really Sorry'', both movies in the "Really Really" series that dealt with teenagers' aspirations and romance. They were box office hits, and hugely popular among high school students of that generation. Lee had previously acted opposite Im in ''Red Shoes'' (1975) and continued to do so in ''Blue Classroom'' (1976), ''I've Never Felt Like This Before'' (1976), ''Angry Apple'' (1977), ''When We Grow Up...'' ''I Am Really Sorry'' (; lit. "I'm Really Really Sorry") is a 1976 South Korean film directed by Mun Yeo-song. Tae-il, who has become a thug, saves her once again and remembers her too, but is wrongfully accused and sent to a detention center. Jung-ah realises that Tae-il had developed a deep scar and blindness in one eye due to the incident and thinks that he became a juvenile delinquent due to these circumstances.
