Nev Edwards
Nev Edwards (born ) is an English rugby union player who plays on the wing. He has played for Sale Sharks in Premiership Rugby as well as Union Bordeaux Bègles in the French Top 14. He attended Whitgift School on a sports scholarship, being an exciting, fast cricket bowler. There he played rugby with Danny Cipriani, and joined the London Irish academy but ended up being released after two years at 18 years old. He decided to attend St Mary's University, Twickenham and played rugby there. He then played for Rosslyn Park in National League One, the third-tier of English rugby while working a full-time sales job at Red Bull. Although here he did get a loan spell at Championship Rugby side Bedford Blues in 2013, he only played for a year. He played 727 minutes and 10 games but only scored two tries. Steve Diamond (rugby Union)
Steve Diamond is a former rugby union player and coach. He is particularly known for his role as Director of Rugby at Premiership Rugby club Sale Sharks from 2011 to 2020. Early life Diamond is one of six children, brought up by his mother after his father died when he was 15. He often worked at weekends. Rugby career Playing career Diamond played for his local club Trafford MV before joining Sale Sharks as a player in 1989. He played over 350 top class games for Sale. He was also called up to the senior England squad as cover for the 1997 England rugby union tour of Argentina and Australia, however he was ultimately not capped at that level. Blair Connor born 29 September 1988 in Brisbane, Australia is a rugby union player from Brisbane, Australia. He played for the Queensland Reds in the 2009 Super 14 season and the 2010 Super 14 season. Blair Connor is capable of playing at either centre or wing. Joshua Charnley (born 26 June 1991) is an English international professional rugby league footballer who plays on the for the Leigh Leopards in the Super League. He previously played for the Warrington Wolves and Wigan Warriors, with whom he won the 2013 and 2016 Super League Grand Finals, and was on loan from Wigan at Hull Kingston Rovers in the Super League. Denny Solomona (born 27 September 1993) is a rugby footballer who played rugby union as a winger for England at international level. He previously played rugby union for Sale Sharks in Premiership Rugby and played rugby league as a winger for the Melbourne Storm Under-20s, London Broncos and the Castleford Tigers. Bedford Blues are a rugby union club in the town of Bedford, England, currently playing in The RFU Championship. Bedford is one of the few towns in England where the rugby club is better supported than the football team. The Blues are a semi-pro team, with a mix of experienced and young players. The Blues are coached by Mike Rayer. History Foundation and 19th century Bedford RUFC was founded in 1886 after an amalgamation between Bedford Rovers (1876) and Bedford Swifts (1882).
