Buckingham
Buckingham ( ) is a market town in north Buckinghamshire, England, close to the borders of Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire, which had a population of 12,890 at the 2011 Census. The town lies approximately west of Central Milton Keynes, south-east of Banbury, and north-east of Oxford. Wesel () is a ''Kreis'' (district) in the northwestern part of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Christopher Lutz (born 24 February 1971) is a German chess grandmaster and a two-time German Chess Champion. Chess career Born in 1971, Lutz earned his international master title in 1989 and his grandmaster title in 1992. He won the German Chess Championship in 1995 and 2001. In 2000 he competed on board 4 for the German team that won the silver medal at the 34th Chess Olympiad in Istanbul. As of early 2006, Lutz was working as a consultant for the Hydra chess project. Karl-Heinz Florenz (born 22 October 1947) is a German politician who served as Member of the European Parliament (MEP) from 1999 until 2012. He is a member of the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU), part of the European People's Party. Ustroń (german: Ustron) is a health resort town in Cieszyn Silesia, southern Poland. It is situated in the Silesian Voivodeship (since 1999), having previously been in Bielsko-Biała Voivodeship (1975–1998). It lies in the Silesian Beskids mountain range. It is the home of the Jan Jarocki Museum, which was founded in April 1986 as Museum of Metallurgy. Konstantinos "Kostas" Mitroglou ( el, Κωνσταντίνος "Κώστας" Μήτρογλου, ; born 12 March 1988) is a Greek professional footballer who plays as a striker. A sister city or a twin town relationship is a form of legal or social agreement between two geographically and politically distinct localities for the purpose of promoting cultural and commercial ties.
