Neto (footballer, Born 1985)
Hélio Hermito Zampier Neto (born 16 August 1985), commonly known as Neto, is a Brazilian retired footballer, and is the football superintendent of Chapecoense. Formerly a central defender, Neto is one of just six survivors in the crash of LaMia Flight 2933, which killed 71 people including 19 Chapecoense players. Personal life His father is called Helam Marinho Zampier. His mother was born as Valéria dos Santos and added Zampier at the end of her full name after her marriage with Helam. The word Neto (Portuguese for "grandson") was added in Hélio's full name as his paternal grandfather was called Hélio Hermito Zampier too. Eduardo Luís Abonízio de Souza (born 18 May 1981), better known as Edu Dracena, is a Brazilian retired footballer who played as a central defender. Club career Guarani Born in Dracena, São Paulo, Dracena (nickname earned from his birthplace) graduated with Guarani's youth setup. He made his professional debut on 28 February 1999, starting in a 1–2 Campeonato Paulista away loss against Matonense, aged just 17. Dracena made his Série A debut on 8 August 1999, starting in a 1–0 away win over Gama. 2014 Santos FC Season
The 2014 season is Santos Futebol Clube's 102nd season in existence and the club's fifty-fifth consecutive season in the top flight of Brazilian football. As well as the Campeonato Brasileiro, the club competes in the Copa do Brasil and the Campeonato Paulista. This season is the first in history that Santos uses fixed numbers assigned to each player. On 19 December 2013, Santos signed Leandro Damião from Internacional for a fee of R$ 42 million (€13m) (biggest transfer in history between two Brazilian clubs). 2013 Santos FC Season
The 2013 season is Santos FC's 101st season in existence and the club's fifty-fourth consecutive season in the top flight of Brazilian football. Santos reached the Campeonato Paulista Finals for fifth consecutive season, but failed to win their fourth consecutive title as they lost by 2–3 on aggregate for their biggest rival, Corinthians. On 25 May 2013, Santos announced that they had sold Neymar to Barcelona for a fee of € 57 million. A week later, the club sacked the head coach Muricy Ramalho due to the discontent of the crowd and the club's directors with his results. For his place, Claudinei Oliveira assumed as caretaker. Campeonato Brasileiro Série D
The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D (English: Brazilian Championship Serie D) is the fourth division of the Brazilian football league system, and was announced by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) on April 9, 2008. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D was formed from the split of the Série C, keeping its best 20 clubs and playing double round robin as does the top three divisions. The Série D keeps the same format of the older Série C, but with participation limited to 40 clubs recognized by the state federation. In 2016 the Série D was expanded to 68 clubs, but in 2022 it will be reduced to 64 clubs. Copa Libertadores
The CONMEBOL Libertadores, also known as the Copa Libertadores de América ( pt, Copa Libertadores da América), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 1960. It is the highest level of competition in South American club football. The tournament is named after the ''Libertadores'' (Spanish and Portuguese for ''liberators''), the leaders of the Latin American wars of independence, so a literal translation of its former name into English is "''America's Liberators Cup''".
