Nermin Vlora Falaschi born Nermin Vlora (Tirana, April 19, 1921 - San Salvador San Salvador (; ) is the capital and the largest city of El Salvador and its eponymous department. Born to Hajit bey Zarshati and Belkize Hanemi, she studied in Kirias in Kamzë and in 1934 she continued to the Institution of ”Nana Mbretneshe” in Tirana. At the age of 17, she met Italian officer and later ambassador Renzo Falascho whom she married and after the Communist takeover, they fled to Italy. Vlora began writing and translating in elementary school where she translated poetry from French and Italian on the radio of Tirana. In Italy she studied law school and she spoke several languages. Ismail Qemali
Ismail Qemal bey Vlora, mostly known as Ismail Qemali (; 16 January 184426 January 1919), was an Albanian diplomat, politician, rilindas, statesman and the Founding Father of modern Albania, and one of the most famous Southern Albanian person. The principal author of the Declaration of Independence, he subsequently served as the first Prime and Foreign Minister of Albania during the period from 1912 to 1914. Born and raised in Vlorë into a wealthy Tosk family, Qemali developed an early interest in languages and mastered Ottoman Turkish, Greek, Italian and French in Ioannina and later studied law in Istanbul. He travelled across Europe, particularly Belgium, France, England and Italy, and returned to Albania after the Young Turk Revolution. Kamëz ( sq-definite, Kamza) is a municipality in Tirana County, Albania. It was formed at the 2015 local government reform by the merger of the former municipalities Kamëz and Paskuqan, that became municipal units. The seat of the municipality is the town Kamëz. The total population is 104,190 (2011 census), in a total area of 37.20 km2. The population of the former municipality at the 2011 census was 66,841. Kamëz was one of the applicants for the 2019 European Green Capital Awards, which was won by Oslo. History Prior to the 1990s, Kamëz was a sparsely populated and predominantly agricultural area.
