Neptunes WPSC
Neptunes WPSC is a water polo and swimming club, founded in 1929, based in Balluta Bay, Saint Julian's, Malta. Water polo Neptunes WPSC won 26 summer leagues and 21 winter leagues. Neptunes WPSC have had many great foreigners, such as Vladimir Vujasinović, Tamás Molnár, Leonardo Sottani, etc. Besides getting great players the club has been able to 'make' its own legends such as Stevie Camilleri joined VK Partizan on a six-month loan deal in 2007 after being suggested to the club officials by Vladimir Vujasinović and now is playing for RN Bogliasco and Niki Lanzon (current captain). The club has other very promising youngsters like, Benji Lanzon, Kyle De Battista, Gabriel Pace, Zack Mizzi and Jordan Camileri who is Stevie Camilleri's younger brother. Freddie Portelli
Freddie Portelli (born 5 May 1944 at St. Paul's Bay, Malta) is a Maltese singer and songwriter. Portelli's career has spanned over 40 years, and began as a member and chief songwriter of the group, The Malta Bums. He toured America, Canada and Germany with the group for 5 months, and after returning to Malta in 1966, wrote the song "Viva Malta", and later, "Mur Hallini". His recordings have been released in Australia, Canada, America and England. Freddie was also the leader of the legendary band "Black Train" with whom he released self penned hit records. Matthew Bonello
Matthew Bonnellus ( it, Matteo Bonello or ) was a rich knight of an ancient and influential Norman family who became the lord of Caccamo in Sicily. He is most famous as the leader of three consecutive revolts against the '' ammiratus ammiratorum'' Maio of Bari and King William I of Sicily. Ian Azzopardi (born 12 August 1982 in Zejtun, Malta) is a Maltese footballer who currently plays for Maltese Premier League side Senglea Athletic, where he plays as a defender. Playing career Floriana Ian Azzopardi began his career with Floriana as a trainee, and made his debut for Floriana during the 2000–01 season. Azzopardi notched up just two appearances, but failed to score any goals, as he helped his side to a 5th-place finish in the Maltese Premier League. Tamás Molnár (born August 2, 1975) is a Hungarian former water polo player, who played on the gold medal squads at the 2000 Summer Olympics, 2004 Summer Olympics and 2008 Summer Olympics. He is one of ten male athletes who won three Olympic gold medals in water polo. He made his debut for the national team in 1997, and was named ''Hungarian Water Polo Player of the Year'' in 1998. He won the Malta Waterpolo Summer League title with Neptunes Emirates (St. Julians, MALTA) in 2010-14.
