Nepal Engineering College
The Nepal Engineering College (nec) was established in 1994 as the first privately led not-for-profit social organization providing engineering education in Nepal and is the largest engineering college in terms annual student intake as well as in terms of area. Its main campus is located at Changunarayan, Nepal, Changunarayan, Bhaktapur. A second campus, in which Bachelors for Diploma Holders programs are run, is located at Mahalaxmisthan and a third campus, in which Masters Programs are run, is located at Prayag Pokhari, Lagankhel, Lalitpur. Established on 25 September 1994, the college currently offers engineering degrees at the Bachelor's degree, bachelor's and Master's degree, master's levels. Changunarayan, Nepal
Changunarayan ( ne, चाँगुनारायण) is a List of cities in Nepal, municipality in Bhaktapur District in the Province No. 3 of Nepal and is part of the urban agglomeration of the Kathmandu Valley. The municipality was created through the merger of the former Village development committee (Nepal), Village development committees Old-Changunarayan, Chhaling, Duwakot and Jhaukhel in 2014. At the time of the 2011 Nepal census, the predecessors of Changunarayan Municipality had a population of 55,430. In 2017, the municipality of Mahamanjushree Nagarkot Municipality, Mahamanjushree Nagarkot was merged into Changunarayan. Pokhara University
Pokhara University (PU or PoU) ( ne, पोखरा विश्वविद्यालय) was established in 1997 (2054 B.S.) and is Nepal's fifth university. Its central office is located in Pokhara, Kaski District, Gandaki Province. Along with Purbanchal University, PU was formed as part of a government initiative to improve access to higher education. The Prime Minister of Nepal is the university chancellor and the Minister of Education is the pro-chancellor. The vice chancellor is the principal administrator of the university.
