Neosupervital (album)
Tim O'Donovan, better known by his stage name Neosupervital, is a multi-instrumentalist based in Dublin, Ireland. Previously Neosupervital live was a band affair. Previous band members included Dancin Vin, Jessie LoveAction and Miss K (Lauren). Jessie and Lauren went on to form the group Talulah Does The Hula. He was also Bell X1's tour drummer for a number of years. 2006 2006 saw Neosupervital being playlisted on MTV2 and playing festivals such as Oxegen, Castlepalooza and Electric Picnic. Neosupervital brought the live show around the UK and Europe as guests of The Human League in December 2006. Neosupervital has also opened for Money Mark, Peter Hook, The Divine Comedy and Tom Vek and caught the ear of Los Angeles radio station Indie 103.1 FM. 2007 2007 saw the band playing high-profile club shows, touring Ireland and releasing a new single, "Now That I've Found It Now most commonly refers to the present time. Dublin
Dublin (; , or ) is the capital and largest city of Republic of Ireland, Ireland. The Divine Comedy (band)
The Divine Comedy are a pop band from Northern Ireland, formed in 1989 and fronted by Neil Hannon. Hannon has been the only constant member of the group, playing, in some instances, all of the non-orchestral instrumentation except drums. The band has released 12 studio albums. Between 1996 and 1999, nine singles released by the band made the UK Top 40, including the 1999 top-ten hit "National Express". Thomas Timothy Vernon-Kell (born 10 May 1981) is an English self-taught multi-instrumentalist musician who works under the name of Tom Vek. Career Born in Hounslow, London, England, he signed to the small label Tummy Touch Records in 2001, having spent the previous eight years writing and recording in his parents' garage. Vek's debut album ''We Have Sound'' was recorded whilst he completed a graphic design degree. The album was finished in mid-2004 but was not released until 2005 when Island Records licensed it through Go! Beat Records. The record was subsequently licensed through Universal Records to Startime International for a North American release. Peter Hook
Peter Hook (born Woodhead; 13 February 1956) is an English musician, best known as the bassist and co-founder of the rock bands Joy Division and New Order. Hook often used the bass as a lead instrument, playing melodies on the high strings with a signature heavy chorus effect. In New Order, he would do this, leaving the actual basslines to keyboards or sequencers. Hook formed the band which was to become Joy Division with Bernard Sumner in 1976. Following the death of lead singer Ian Curtis in 1980, the band reformed as New Order, and Hook played bass with them until 2007. Hook has recorded one album with Revenge (''One True Passion''), two albums with Monaco ('' Music for Pleasure'' and ''Monaco'') and one album with Freebass ('' It's a Beautiful Life''), serving as bassist, keyboardist and lead vocalist.
