Nene Monaganni
''Nene Monaganni'' ( ''I Am the Hero'') is a 1968 Telugu-language action crime film, produced and directed by S. D. Lal on Prathima Films banner. It stars N. T. Rama Rao, Sheela and the music is composed by T. V. Raju. Plot Bhadrayya (Rajanala) is a notorious, ruthless, dangerous dacoit who makes terrible extorsions. DSP Nandana Rao (Satyanarayana) is appointed by the Govt to catch him. Nandana Rao leads a happy family life with his dedicated wife, Yashoda (Santha Kumari), and his brother-in-law Inspector Mutyala Rao (Dhulipala). Bhadrayya has a son Nani whom he loves a lot. Once in a Police encounter, Nani gets a shot when Bhadrayya thinks that his son is dead. On the other side, Nandana Rao is also seriously injured, and he dies at the hospital where Yashoda spots Nani and learns he is Bhadrayya's son. Tripuraneni Maharadhi
Tripuraneni Maharadhi (20 April 1930 – 23 December 2011) was an Indian Telugu film, screenplay, dialogue and script writer. He is remembered for his political forays, as well as for the film '' Alluri Seetharama Raju''. He was the de facto director for all the scripts he wrote. His son Varaprasad Tripuraneni is a film maker and a prominent BJP politician. Role in politics Maharadhi is to some degree, linked to every political party in the Telugu political frame and was instrumental in the launch of the TDP. Raja Babu (actor)
Punyamurthula Appalaraju (20 October 1937 – 07 February 1983), better known by his stage name Raja Babu, was an Indian actor and comedian known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema. He is noted as one of the finest Telugu comedians. A 9 ft bronze statue of Rajababu was unveiled in his birthplace of Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh in 2012. Jyothi Lakshmi (2 November 1948 – 9 August 2016) was an Indian actress who appeared in more than 130 movies. In the early 1970s, she was well noted for her leading roles and songs in movies. She also acted in female-oriented movies and was a trained dancer. She predominantly worked in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam movies. In the early 1980s, her popularity gradually declined due to her sister Jayamalini's entry into the movie industry. Geethanjali (1947 – 31 October 2019) was an Indian actress who worked in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi films. In an career spanning close to six decades, she featured in over 500 films across multiple languages. Her first film as a dancer is Rani Ratnaprabha in 1960. NTR introduced her to the silver screen as a heroine with his directorial debut film '' Sita Rama Kalyanam'' in 1961. Santha Kumari (born Vellaala Subbamma; 17 May 1920 – 16 January 2006) was an Indian musical artist and actress. She was married to the Telugu film director and producer P. Pullayya.
