Boris Nemtsov
Boris Yefimovich Nemtsov ( rus, Бори́с Ефи́мович Немцо́в, p=bɐˈrʲis jɪˈfʲiməvʲɪtɕ nʲɪmˈtsof; 9 October 195927 February 2015) was a Russian physicist and liberal politician. He was involved in the introduction of reforms into the Russian post-Soviet economy. In the 1990s under President Boris Yeltsin, he was the first governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Oblast (1991–1997). Later he worked in the government of Russia as Minister of Fuel and Energy (1997), Vice Premier of Russia and Security Council member from 1997 to 1998. In 1998, he founded the Young Russia movement. In 1998, he co-founded the coalition group Right Cause and in 1999, he co-formed Union of Right Forces, an electoral bloc and subsequently a political party. Nemtsov was also a member of the Congress of People's Deputies (1990), Federation Council (1993–97) and State Duma (1999–2003). Grigorijs Ņemcovs
Grigorijs Ņemcovs (russian: Григорий Владимирович Немцов, ''Grigory Nemtsov''; 11 December 1948 in Babruysk, Soviet Union (today Belarus) – 16 April 2010 in Daugavpils, Latvia) was a Latvian journalist, businessman and politician (deputy mayor of Daugavpils). He began his career in Daugavpils city council. He published a regional newspaper (''Million'') and owned a local television station. Ņemcovs founded Latvia's largest regional Russian language, Russian-language newspaper, ''Million'', in 1995. The paper has covered political and local government Political corruption, corruption and mismanagement. He was the founder of the society movement Latgales Tauta (Nation of Latgale). Sarah Nemtsov
Sarah Nemtsov (née Reuter, born 28 May 1980) is a German composer. Nemtsov was born in Oldenburg and now lives in Berlin. She started her music lessons and composing aged eight. She started playing the oboe aged 14. Her compositions are recognizable through their confrontation with literature and other art forms. More recently, her compositions are a combination of the styles of classical and music theater. She became a full-time composer in 2007. All of her works are published by Peermusic Classical GmbH. She is married to the pianist and musicologist :de:Jascha_Nemtsov, Jascha Nemtsov. Education She studied composition under Nigel Osborne and Johannes Schöllhorn, and oboe under at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover.
