''Allkpop'' (stylized in all lowercase) is an American website which features Korean pop and gossip news. Launched on October 30, 2007, it is based in Edgewater, New Jersey, and is owned and operated by its parent company 6Theory Media. ''Allkpop'' is one of the most trafficked K-pop news sites, with over seven and half million readers per month. In its list of useful websites, ''The Korea Herald'' called it the "fastest news breaker" for K-pop. Their name is taken from the French term meaning "The Party". LC9 ( ko, 엘씨나인) was a South Korean pop boy band formed by Nega Network. The group initially consisted of six members until member E.Den left to pursue his studies. Their name, LC9, means League of Competition #9. They debuted on May 9, 2013, with "MaMa Beat" on Mnet M! Countdown. The music video was released on the same day. On January 23, 2016, the group's label announced that LC9 disbanded. Their contract wasn't renewed back on December 21, 2015, which led the group to an end. Yoon Il-sang ( ko, 윤일상; born February 21, 1974) is a South Korean composer, producer, and songwriter. He graduated from Kyung Hee University Post Modern Music Department, and he is also the co-founder of Nega Network Ltd. In January 2012, Yoon released a series of digital singles to celebrate his 21st year in the music industry, collectively titled, ''Yoon Il Sang 21st Anniversary''.
