Neela Film Productions Private Limited is a production house based in Mumbai, India. It produces fiction and non-fiction shows for various television channels. The company was founded in 1995, and is managed and owned by Asit Kumarr Modi. Its first production was ''Hum Sab Ek Hain'' for Sony TV, and subsequently produced shows included ''Yeh Duniya Hai Rangeen'' and ''Meri Biwi Wonderful'' for Sony TV, ''Pyaar Mein Twist'' for Star Plus, and ''Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah'' for SAB TV. The company later produced the fiction drama series ''Saarrthi'' for Star Plus, ''Krishnaben Khakhrawala'' for Sony TV and '' Hamari Saas Leela'' for Colors, along with the non-fiction shows ''Wah! Asit Kumarr Modi
Asit Kumar Modi (born 24 December 1966) is an Indian TV actor, producer, director and founder of Neela Tele Films Private Limited. He is known for producing the serials ''Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah'', ''SAB Khelo SAB Jeeto!'', ''Wah! Wah! Kya Baat Hai!'', ''Krishnaben Khakhrawala'', ''Pyaar Mein Twist (TV series), Pyaar Mein Twist'', ''Meri Biwi Wonderful'', Yeh Duniya Hai Rangeen and ''Hum Sab Ek Hai''. Sony SAB (formerly SAB TV) is an Indian pay television channel owned by Culver Max Entertainment. History Sony SAB was launched as SAB TV by Gautam Adhikari and Markand Adhikari under their company Sri Adhikari Brothers (thus the acronym) on 23 April 1999.
