Ned Cahill (born 11 January 2001) is an Australian rules football, Australian rules footballer who last played for the Essendon Football Club, Essendon Bombers in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was recruited by the Essendon Football Club, Essendon Bombers with the 56th draft pick in the 2019 AFL draft. Early football Cahill played for the Dandenong Stingrays in the NAB League for the 2018 and 2019 seasons. In his two seasons with the club, he played 30 games and kicked 22 goals. He also represented Vic Country in the AFL Under 18 Championships in 2019, where he played four games and kicked six goals. Cody Weightman (born 15 January 2001) is an Australian rules footballer who plays for the Western Bulldogs in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was recruited by the Western Bulldogs with the 15th draft pick in the 2019 AFL draft. Early life Weightman was born in Melbourne and grew up on a farm in Pakenham. He participated in the Auskick program at Officer. He played his junior football for Beaconsfield. Weightman captained his school's first XVIII side at Haileybury, where he was coached by Australian Football Hall of Famer Matthew Lloyd. He also played for the Dandenong Stingrays in the NAB League, and was selected to play for Vic Country in the AFL Under 18 Championships. 2020 AFL Season
The 2020 AFL season was the 124th season of the Australian Football League (AFL), the highest level senior men's Australian rules football competition in Australia, which was known as the Victorian Football League until 1989. The season featured eighteen clubs. The NAB League Boys (also referred to as simply the NAB League and formerly known as the TAC Cup) is an under-19 Australian rules football representative competition held in Australia. The Dandenong Southern Stingrays are an Australian rules football team in the NAB League, the Victorian statewide under-18s competition. 1992 saw the birth of the Southern Stingrays, developed under the leadership of Steve Kennedy (Regional Manager) and Ron Roach (Promotions Manager) with its home base located at Ben Kavanagh Reserve, Mordialloc, Victoria, Mordialloc.
