Neal Avron
Neal Avron (born December 31, 1965) is an American record producer, mixer, audio engineer, and musician. Working predominantly in rock music, Avron began working on records in 1993 and achieved his production breakthrough when he co-produced Everclear (band), Everclear's 1997 album ''So Much for the Afterglow''. Avron went on to produce/mix a string of successful albums from the likes of Switchfoot, New Found Glory, Fall Out Boy, Yellowcard (band), Yellowcard, Weezer, You Me at Six and Anberlin. Yellowcard (band)
Yellowcard is an American rock band that formed in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1997 and was based in Los Angeles beginning in 2000. The band is recognized for having a distinct sound in their genre, primarily due to the prominent use of a violin in their songs, and are best known for their singles " Ocean Avenue", " Only One", and "Lights and Sounds". The band released ten studio albums, with its most recent and final one, ''Yellowcard'', released on September 30, 2016. Following this release and supporting tour, the band broke up. The song was produced by Neal Avron, and served as the first single from her third studio album, ''Kaleidoscope Heart'' (2010). ''A Thousand Suns'' is the fourth studio album by American rock band Linkin Park. It was released on September 13, 2010, by Warner Bros. Records. The album was written by the band and was produced by Linkin Park vocalist Mike Shinoda and Rick Rubin, who worked together to produce the band's previous studio album ''Minutes to Midnight'' (2007). Recording sessions for ''A Thousand Suns'' took place at NRG Recording Studios in North Hollywood, California from 2008 until early 2010.
