Abel Nazario
Abel Nazario Quiñones (born 24 June 1970) is former senator at large of the 26th Senate of Puerto Rico and was mayor of Yauco, Puerto Rico. He was first elected in 2000 representing the New Progressive Party (PNP). He was reelected in 2004 , 2008 and 2012. Nazario was also the vice president of the PNP and also for the local Republican Party. He was arrested on 12 September 2018 by the FBI for illegal appropriation of federal funds. Andrey Nazário Afonso (born 9 November 1983), known as just Andrey, is a Brazilian former football goalkeeper. Career He made his debut with Steaua București on 1 March 2007, in the quarter-final cup match against Oţelul Galaţi, when Steaua București won 8–7 on penalties. Juan Nazario (born September 27, 1963) is a former professional boxer. During his career, which lasted from 1982 to 1993, Nazario won the WBA world lightweight title. His first world title challenge came in 1987 when he fought fellow Puerto Rican Edwin Rosario for the WBA belt, Rosario won the fight by an eighth round knockout. Nazario and Rosario fought a rematch in 1990, once again for the WBA title. Nazario was able to reverse the result of the first fight by beating Rosario in the eighth round to become champion. In his first defense Nazario challenged Pernell Whitaker for the undisputed title. Whitaker won the fight in the first round and Nazario never fought for a world title again. Minita Chico-Nazario (December 5, 1939 – February 16, 2022) was an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. She was appointed to the court by President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo on February 10, 2004.
