Nazan Bekiroğlu (born 3 May 1957) is a Turkish novelist and academician. Biography She was born on May 3, 1957, in Trabzon. She was the youngest of three children born to a family with an interest in literature. Her father was the owner of a local newspaper called "Target" and was interested in Ottoman history as well as literature. Her father passed away when she was 14 years old. Her father became the hero of the story "Inside a Pain". After completing her primary and secondary education in Trabzon, she went to Erzurum and graduated from Atatürk University, Faculty of Literature, Department of Turkish Language and Literature (1979). Nazan Bulut (born 24 May 1973) is a Turkish former women's footballer. She was a member of the Turkey women's national teams. She is a teacher for physical education. Nazan Khol ( Üngör; born 9 May 1976), better known as Nazan Eckes, is a German television presenter. Career Eckes, daughter of Turkish immigrants from Eskişehir, completed her ''Abitur'' high school diploma in 1995 in Leverkusen, where her father was employed as a worker in a chemical and pharmaceutical company. Her internship at the music television channel VIVA was followed by a formal journalistic apprenticeship (''Volontariat'') lasting 18 months at the same channel. Nazan Öncel (; born 6 February 1956) is a Turkish singer-songwriter. She also does the arrangements for most of them and has written songs for such singers as Tarkan (singer), Tarkan and İbrahim Tatlıses. Biography and career In 1978, her song "''Sana Kul Köle Olmuştum''" ("I Had Become Your Slave"), written by Erdener Koyutürk and Özdener Koyutürk, was aired on radio and television, and Nazan's interesting voice attracted attention. Nazan Şoray (born 5 January 1954) is a Turkish singer and actress. Life and career Şoray was born in Istanbul as the daughter of Halit Şoray, a civil servant in state railways, and Meliha Şoray, a housewife, who divorced when she was 5 years old.
