Nayla Hayek
Nayla Hayek (born 1951) is a Swiss heiress, businesswoman and horse breeder. She is the chair of The Swatch Group and CEO of its subsidiary, the jeweler Harry Winston. Early life Hayek is the daughter of Lebanese-born Swiss businessman Nicolas Hayek, the late founder of The Swatch Group. She has a younger brother, Nick Hayek Jr. The Swatch Group Hayek joined the board of The Swatch Group in 1995 and became its chair in 2010, after her father's death. Nayla Al Khaja
Nāyla al-Khāja (Arabic: نايلة الخاجة‎, born 7 March 1978) is the first female film writer, director and producer in the United Arab Emirates . Al-Khaja's films have screened at more than 42 film festivals worldwide. In 2006, al-Khaja wrote and directed her first short film, ''Arabana'', which premiered at DIFF 2007, and she was awarded Best Emirate Filmmaker at the event. Since her debut, she has written and directed five more short films: ''Once (2009), Malal (2010)'' and ''The Neighbor (2013), Animal (2016), The Shadow (2019).'' In October 2016, al-Khaja shot a pilot for her first feature film, ''Animal'', and it was presented at DIFF 2016. Nayla Moawad (, ar, نايلة معوض) (born 3 July 1940) is a Lebanese politician and former First Lady of Lebanon. Outside of Lebanon, she is best known as the widow of former President René Moawad, who was assassinated on 22 November 1989. Within Lebanon, she is a high-profile politician in her own right, having served as a member of the National Assembly since 1991. Following her reelection in June 2005, she was appointed to the Cabinet on 19 July as Minister for Social Affairs. Nayla Tamraz is a Lebanese writer, art critic, curator, researcher and professor of Literature and Art History at Saint Joseph University of Beirut. She obtained her PhD in Comparative Literature (Literature and Art) from the New Sorbonne University (Paris III) in 2004. Nayla Tueni Maktabi ( ar, نايلة تويني مكتبي) (born 31 August 1982) is a Lebanese journalist and politician. She was a member of the Lebanese Parliament for almost ten years (2009–2018), representing the district of Achrafieh. Tueni is the CEO of one of Lebanon's most famous newspapers, ''An-Nahar''. Tueni is a fourth generation journalist. ''An Nahar'' was established by her great-grandfather, Gebran Tueni, in 1933. Her grandfather, Ghassan Tueni, ran the newspaper for decades.
