Naya (singer)
Naya ( ar, نايا; born 11 April 1992, in Lebanon) is a Lebanese singer. She was born to the Daw (Daou) family in El Qrayeh, Lebanon. In 2009, Eli Dib introduced her to the Arabic music scene. Recording career 2008–2009: Melody record and Batmana In 2008 Naya signed a recording contract with Melody Music. Her first single, "Batmanna" was released alongside a music video, directed by Fadi Haddad. Soon after her initial success, Naya and her manager, Yasser Zayed, faced legal issues. These legal issues caused her to postpone working, causing her to gradually disappear from the Arabic music scene. 2010–2011: Elie Dib Management and Arabica Music In November 2010, following a court decision, Naya broke her contract with Zayed. Naya Tapper
Naya Elena Tapper (born August 3, 1994) is an American rugby union player. She debuted for the in 2016. She was selected for the squad to the 2017 Women's Rugby World Cup in Ireland. Like most of her teammates Tapper began her rugby career while attending her first year of college at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She majored in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Spanish. She was an All-American athlete at West Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte, North Carolina. Tapper made her rugby sevens debut at the 2016 São Paulo Women's Sevens. In the same year she was selected for the Eagles squad to compete at the Women's Rugby Super Series. Beverly Naya (born Beverly Ifunaya Bassey; 17 April 1989) is a British-born Nigerian actress. Beverly won Most Promising Talent at the 2010 Best of Nollywood Awards. Carlo Naya (1816 in Tronzano Vercellese1882 in Venice) was an Italian photographer known for his pictures of Venice including its works of art and views of the city for a collaborative volume in 1866. He also documented the restoration of Giotto's frescoes at the Scrovegni Chapel in Padua. Naya was born in Tronzano di Vercelli in 1816 and studied law at the University of Pisa. An inheritance allowed him to travel to major cities in Europe, Asia, and northern Africa. Gorō Naya
was a Japanese actor, voice actor, narrator and theatre director from Hakodate, Hokkaidō. He and his brother were two of seven children, and was a drop-out of the legal education division of Ritsumeikan University. He was connected to Theatre Echo, and was the older brother of actor and voice actor Rokurō Naya. Naya is best known for providing the voice of Inspector Koichi Zenigata in the ''Lupin III'' franchise and for dubbing over the voices of actors Clark Gable, Charlton Heston, John Cleese, Lee Van Cleef, Martin Landau and Robert Ryan in the Japanese-language editions of their films. He died on 5 March 2013, at age 83, due to chronic respiratory failure. Taihō Kōki
, ''Ivan Boryshko''; May 29, 1940 – January 19, 2013, lead=yes was a Japanese professional sumo wrestler. He became the 48th ''yokozuna'' in 1961 at the age of 21, the youngest ever at the time. Kōki won 32 tournament championships between 1960 and 1971, a record that was unequalled until 2014. His dominance was such that he won six tournaments in a row on two occasions, and he won 45 consecutive matches between 1968 and 1969, which at the time was the best winning streak since Futabayama in the 1930s. He is the only wrestler to win at least one championship every year of his top division career. He was a popular grand champion, especially amongst women and children. After retiring from active competition, he became a sumo coach, although health problems meant he had limited success.
